Grace Community Care works tirelessly with in the Shire of Yarra ranges helping many of the Aged and Disabled residents in the shire whom neither have the income or the resources to maintain their homes and gardens.

Our volunteer team offer these services free to those in need, we need your help to help us continue!

How will the funds be used?


To purchase much needed equipment for the gardening volunteer team as well as building material when needed to assist with home maintenance and new safety gear.
